IT Defined

Alliance Technology believes that a relationship, business or otherwise, needs communication. We will never throw big, technical words at you, rather, explain your problem and our solution in terms you can understand. First off, we thought we would explain just what the term IT means to us. This way, we will start with a fresh, common ground and build from there.

IT (information technology) is a term that encompasses all forms of technology used to create, store, exchange, and use information in its various forms (business data, voice conversations, still images, motion pictures, multimedia presentations, and other forms, including those not yet conceived). It's a convenient term for including both telephony and computer technology in the same word. It is the technology that is driving what has often been called "the information revolution."

By calling an IT Consultant, or partner such as Alliance Technology, you are not just calling someone to load software on your computers, but rather to identify problems in the structure of your Information system. Once these problems are realized, a consultant will work WITH you to find the best, and most cost-effective solution. It is truly a relationship, and should never be otherwise.
